Banana and chocolate chip mug cake
Ingredients
- 100gm Refined flour(Maida)
- 1teaspoon baking powder
- 1 small Pinch baking soda
- 1 small banana
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon honey
- Chocolate chips
- Few drops of vanilla essence
Method
- Sieve the maida, baking soda and baking powder in a small bowl.
- In another small bowl add the grated banana, egg, honey,vanilla essence and mix it well
- Now add the wet ingredients in dry ingredients.
- Mix it well so that there are no lumps finally add the chocolate chips in the mixture.
- Now transfer the whole mixture in a microwave safe cup so that the cup is only 3/4th full.
- Keep the cup in microwave and bake it for 2.5 to 3 mins on medium to high heat.
- Eat it directly from the cup after cooling it for few mins or unmould it and eat!! ☺
Note: Adjust the quantity of ingredients on the size of your cup and adjust the sweetness of cake on the sweetness of banana.
